The “All-In 4 Change” program was created in 2015 to showcase the resort’s pride in and commitment to its community. Harrah’s Resort Southern California has brought back its annual charitable program, “All-In 4 Change,” which will award $150,000 in grants to some of Southern California’s nonprofit organizations.
